There is some news concerning the differences between short and long-term gaps in Allopathic medicine, such as antibiotic therapies. Specifically, a short-term gap in amoxicillin, but a long-term gap in the development of new antibiotics to combat resistant bacteria. Therefore, we recommend taking preventative measures such as using herbs and essential oils to be prepared and stay ahead of the game.

Kitchen herbs with anti-microbial properties

Apple cider vinegar – Fire cider – 101 Zesty remedies for health – Rosemary Gladstar and friends. FIRE CIDER – YES – BETTY TO BRIEF ON THIS! Vinegrett and salad dressing, DILUTE to take this  - onion, lemon, garlic, turmeric, horseradish, ginger, chopped pepper, rosemary, AC vinegar – honey.  

Garlic – Anti-viral, Anti-Microbial, anti-fungal among many others.  

Ginger – digestive /Horseradish – read from rosemary

Parsley (immunity)

Thyme – Stimulates Thymus gland – THYME TEA used in Europe at first sign of sore throat or cold.

Tumeric – Immune system stimulant – antibiotic

Honey – sweetener AND anti-microbial star – one way to combine Kitchen herbs with honey is to infuse the herb in some honey.
