Our second year of podcasts have the theme restore and
replenish – we practice what we suggest. This podcast, Joyfully Restore your Spirit, features a bevy of ways to reconnect with your creative spirit and restore a connection with your body, mind and spirit and to embody JOY and fun, joyful ways to balance and nourish our brain.

1. Lets go back to childhood - coloring books, of any and all kinds – including topics ranging from Mandalas to your favorite cartoons. Dare to be ridiculously joyous and engaged as you color with pen, pencil or crayon.
2. Sing – Humming synchronizes our brain. Singing or really listening to music of any kind, helps us reboot our moment – wrapping us in sound and vibrational awareness of the Now. Releasing tension.
3. Walk in Nature/sit/stand by a tree. Grounding.
